📦 My Order
Where is my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link sent in your confirmation email. If you haven’t received it or need help, feel free to reach out to us at:

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?
Once your order is completed, you have 10 minutes to modify your email. If you still haven’t received the confirmation email:

Check your spam/junk folder.

Make sure the email used at checkout is correct.
If you still can’t find it, contact us with your full name and we'll help you locate your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We do not accept cancellations once your order is placed.
Modifications (like changing sizes or address) are only possible if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us immediately if you need assistance.
I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?
There are two common reasons:

Wrong address – Double-check your shipping details.

Failed delivery attempts – Carriers usually try up to 2 times.
If the order is returned to us, we’ll issue a refund once it arrives at our warehouse (excluding shipping fees). We do not re-ship returned items.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
National standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Delays may occur during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or sales like Black Friday).
If you have concerns, contact us with your name and order number.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item bought online at the store?
Yes – for national orders. You have 30 days from shipment date.
Bring your purchase confirmation email to the store.

Refunds will go back to your original payment method (within 3–5 business days).

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items must be unworn and in original condition.
When will I receive my refund or exchange?
Once your return is received and passes quality check, we’ll process your refund or send your new item.
Please note returns take longer to process than original shipments.
We appreciate your patience and will make it as fast as possible.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
We aim for top quality, but if your item arrives damaged:

Submit a request with clear photos to our team via email.

Once reviewed, we’ll take care of your refund or replacement.

Return shipping fees will be reimbursed after approval.
🧾 Discounts & Sizing
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Codes cannot be used on sale items or applied retroactively to past orders.
How do I choose the right size?
Our sizing is true-to-size unless otherwise stated.

For an oversized fit, go one size up.
