You can request a return within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns are only accepted for national (domestic) orders.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Final sale items or promotional discounted items

Items that appear worn, used, or damaged by the customer

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent by mistake.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:

We’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (depending on your bank).
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you contact us before the order is shipped (for changes like size or product swap).
